These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of 4D On Demand, our digital learning platform featuring video content and resources for communication skills and leadership development.
By creating an account or subscribing to 4D On Demand, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2.DEFINITIONS
- ““4D Human Being”, “4DHB”, “4D”, “4DOD”, 4D On Demand”, “we”, “us”, “our” means 4DHB Ltd
- “Platform” or “4D On Demand” or “4DOD” means our digital learning platform and all content, features, and functionality
- “User,” “you,” “your” means any person who accesses or subscribes to 4D On Demand
- “Account” means your registered user account on the Platform
- “Content” means all videos, courses, learning materials, resources, and other content available on the Platform
- “Subscription” means your paid access plan
- “License” means legal permission that grants specific rights to access Platform video content without transferring ownership
- “4D Framework” means our proprietary communication and leadership development methodology
3.PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
3.1 What 4D On Demand Provides
4D On Demand offers:

- Modular content based on the 4D Framework
- Progressive learning pathways
3.1.2 Supplementary Resources:
- Downloadable guides and worksheets (where applicable)
- Reference materials and tools
- Learning summaries and key takeaways
3.1.3 User Features:
- Personal account dashboard
- Progress tracking
- Content recommendations
3.2 Subscription or Licensed Based Access
3.2.1 4D On Demand is a licensed or subscription service requiring payment for access.
3.2.2 Content is available for streaming only while your account is active.
3.2.3 Access may be terminated if part of a subscription purchase when your subscription ends or is cancelled.
3.3 Updates and Changes
3.3.1 We regularly update and add new content to the Platform.
3.3.2 We may also modify, remove, or discontinue content at our discretion.
3.3.3 We do not guarantee that any specific content will remain available indefinitely.
3.3.4 We may update Platform features, interface, and functionality to improve user experience.
4.ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
4.1 Creating an Account
4.1.1 To access 4D On Demand, you must create an account by providing:
- Your full name
- Valid email address
- Secure password
- Payment information (for paid licenses or subscriptions)
4.1.2 You may also be asked to provide optional information to personalize your experience.
4.2 Account Eligibility
4.2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4.2.2 If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
4.2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4.2.4 You must update your information if it changes.
4.3 Account Security
4.3.1 You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
4.3.2 You must not:
- Share your account or login credentials with others
- Allow others to access the Platform using your account
- Create multiple accounts for the same person to circumvent the purchasing of additional Licences or Subscriptions.
4.3.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4.3.4 If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us at help@4dhumanbeing.com
4.4 Account Termination by You
4.4.1 You may close your account at any time by:

4.4.2 Upon account closure:
- Your access to the Platform will end at the end of your current billing period
- Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- You will lose access to all content and progress data
4.5 Account Suspension or Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
4.5.1 You breach these Terms & Conditions
4.5.2 Your payment fails or you have overdue payments
4.5.3 You share your account or credentials with others
4.5.4 You engage in prohibited activities (Section 8)
4.5.5 We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use
4.5.6 Required by law or regulatory authority
4.5.7 If we terminate your account for breach:
- You will not receive a refund for any remaining any refund for any license purchased
- You must immediately cease accessing the Platform
5.LICENSES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
5.1 Subscription and License Plans
4D On Demand offers or may offer a number of licensing and subscription options: Individual Series License, Multi-Series License, Individual Monthly Subscription, Team/Corporate Subscriptions, Free Trials
5.2 Pricing
5.3.1 All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
5.3.2 VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.
5.3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect your current subscription period nor series already under license.
5.3.4 You will be notified of price changes before any renewal.
5.4 Payment
5.4.1 Payment is required in advance for your license access or for your chosen subscription period.
5.4.2 We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as displayed.
5.4.3 By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the license or subscription fee.
5.4.4 Payment is processed by Stripe.
5.5 Auto-Renewal
5.5.1 Subscriptions, where applicable, automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
5.5.2 The renewal will be charged to your payment method on file at the then-current subscription price.
5.5.3 You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
5.6 Failed Payments
5.6.1 If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to process payment again
- You will receive email notification
- Your access may be suspended until payment is received
5.6.2 If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts:
- Your license or subscription will be cancelled
- Your access will be terminated
- You may be required to re-purchase or re-subscribe and pay any outstanding amounts
5.7 Invoices and Receipts
5.7.1 A receipt/invoice will be emailed to you after each successful payment.
5.7.2 For corporate licenses or subscriptions, we can provide formal invoices upon request.
6.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 Cancelling Your Subscription
6.1.1 You may cancel your account at any time by:
- Accessing your account settings and selecting “Cancel Subscription”

6.1.2 Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
6.1.3 You will continue to have access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
6.1.4 You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
6.2 Refund Policy – Subscriptions or Licenses
6.2.1 Licensee fees already paid or Monthly subscriptions already paid are non-refundable.
6.2.2 If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current month, but you will retain access until the end of the billing period.
6.2.3 Your subscription will not renew for the next month.
6.3 Refunds for Technical Issues
6.3.1 If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Platform:

- We will work to resolve the issue
- If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time and it’s due to our fault, we may provide a pro-rata refund or extension of your subscription. No refund of a license purchase.
6.4 No Refunds for Breach
6.4.1 If your account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
7.ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE PLATFORM
7.1 Permitted Use
You may use 4D On Demand for:
7.1.1 Your personal professional development and learning
7.1.2 Streaming video content for your own viewing
7.1.3 Downloading resources where specifically permitted
7.1.4 Bookmarking and organizing content for your personal use
7.1.5 Applying learnings in your own work and professional practice
7.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
Account Misuse:
7.2.1 Share your account, username, or password with others
7.2.2 Allow others to access the Platform using your credentials
7.2.3 Create multiple accounts for the same person
7.2.4 Use another person’s account without permission
Content Misuse:
7.2.5 Download, record, capture, or copy video content (except where download is explicitly permitted)
7.2.6 Use screen recording software to capture videos
7.2.7 Take screenshots or screen captures of video content for distribution
7.2.8 Reproduce, redistribute, or share Platform content with others (including colleagues, clients, or friends)
7.2.9 Use content to deliver your own training, coaching, or consulting services
7.2.10 Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Platform content
7.2.11 Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or branding from content
7.2.12 Publicly perform, display, or broadcast Platform content
Commercial Misuse:
7.2.13 Use the Platform or content for any commercial purpose not explicitly authorized
7.2.14 Sell, rent, lease, or license access to your account or Platform content
7.2.15 Use content to compete with 4DHB or create competing products
Technical Misuse:
7.2.16 Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
7.2.17 Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
7.2.18 Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform software
7.2.19 Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
7.2.20 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems or other user accounts
7.3 Monitoring and Enforcement
7.3.1 We use technology to monitor for account sharing and unauthorized use.
7.3.2 Indicators of shared accounts may include:
- Multiple simultaneous logins from different locations
- Unusual viewing patterns
- Multiple different devices or IP addresses
7.3.3 If we detect violations, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account without refund
- Pursue legal action for damages
8.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Ownership
8.1.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform and Content are owned by 4DHB or our licensors, including:
- Video recordings and presentations
- Audio content and voiceovers
- Scripts, transcripts, and captions
- Graphics, animations, and visual elements
- The 4D Framework and methodologies
- Learning resources and worksheets
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Platform design and user interface
- “4D”, “4D Human Being”, “4DOD”, and “4D On Demand” trademarks and branding
8.1.2 All rights are reserved and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.
8.2 Limited License Granted to You
8.2.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to:
- Access and stream Platform content
- View content on compatible devices
- Download resources where explicitly permitted (marked as downloadable)
- Apply concepts and learnings in your own professional practice
8.3 Restrictions on Your Use
This license does NOT permit you to:
8.3.1 Download, copy, reproduce, or store video content (streaming only)
8.3.2 Share, distribute, or transmit content to anyone else
8.3.3 Use content for commercial purposes, training delivery, or consulting services
8.3.4 Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
8.3.5 Remove or alter intellectual property notices, watermarks, or branding
8.3.6 Publicly display, perform, or broadcast content
8.3.7 Use the 4D Framework or methodologies to create competing products or services
8.4 User-Generated Content
8.4.1 If you submit comments, feedback, questions, or other content through the Platform:
- You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and incorporate that content
- You warrant that your submission is your original work and doesn’t infringe third-party rights
- We may moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content at our discretion
8.5 Trademarks
8.5.1 “4D”, “4D Human Being”, “4DHB”, “4DOD”, “4D On Demand,” our logos, and other marks are trademarks of 4DHB Ltd.
8.5.2 You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
8.6 Copyright Infringement
8.6.1 We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

- Your contact information
- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

9.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND SUPPORT
9.1 Technical Requirements
To access 4D On Demand, you need:

9.2 Compatibility
9.2.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform works across devices and browsers.
9.2.2 However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or configurations.
9.2.3 The Platform may not function optimally on:
- Outdated browsers or operating systems
- Heavily restricted corporate networks
- Very slow internet connections
- Unsupported devices
9.3 Technical Support

9.4 Platform Availability
9.4.1 We aim to make the Platform available 24/7, 365 days per year.
9.4.2 However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
9.4.3 The Platform may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we’ll provide advance notice where possible)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Technical failures or issues
- Internet or infrastructure problems
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9.4.4 We will not be liable for any unavailability or interruption of service.
9.5 Changes and Updates
9.5.1 We may update, modify, or improve the Platform at any time, including:

- Changing the user interface
- Updating video players or streaming technology

9.5.2 Updates may require you to accept new terms or update your browser/app.
10.CONTENT DISCLAIMERS

12.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including:
12.2.1 Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement
12.2.2 Warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Content
12.2.3 Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
12.2.4 Warranties that defects will be corrected
12.2.5 Warranties regarding results or outcomes from using the Platform
12.3 Maximum Liability
12.3.1 Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total license fees or subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
12.3.2 This limit applies regardless of the form of action (breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation, or otherwise).
12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
We shall not be liable for:
12.4.1 Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
12.4.2 Loss of profits, revenue, business, or business opportunities
12.4.3 Loss of anticipated savings
12.4.4 Loss of data (except as required by data protection law)
12.4.5 Loss of goodwill or reputation
12.4.6 Business interruption
12.4.7 Failure to achieve expected results or outcomes

12.5 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

12.5.2 Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
12.5.3 Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
12.6 Basis of Bargain
12.6.1 These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between you and 4DHB.
12.6.2 The license or subscription fees reflect these limitations on liability.
12.6.3 Without these limitations, we could not offer the Platform at this price.
13.INDEMNIFICATION
13.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4DHB, its directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
13.1.1 Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
13.1.2 Your misuse of the Platform or Content
13.1.3 Your violation of intellectual property rights
13.1.4 Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
13.1.5 Your use or application of Content and any consequences thereof
13.1.6 Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
13.2 We reserve the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
13.3 This indemnity survives termination of your licence or subscription and account.
14.TERM AND TERMINATION
14.1 Term
14.1.1 These Terms take effect when you create an account and continue as long as you access the Platform.
14.1.2 Your license continues until such time as you or 4DHB close your account
14.1.3 Your subscription continues according to your chosen plan until cancelled.
14.2 Termination by You
14.2.1 You may terminate by cancelling your subscription (Section 6).
14.2.2 You may close your account at any time.
14.3 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access immediately without refund if:
14.3.1 You breach these Terms & Conditions (including prohibited activities in Section 7)
14.3.2 Your payment fails or is disputed
14.3.3 You engage in fraudulent activity
14.3.4 Required by law
14.3.5 We decide to discontinue the Platform
14.4 Effects of Termination
Upon termination or expiration:
14.4.1 Your right to access the Platform immediately ceases
14.4.2 You must stop using all Content
14.4.3 You must delete or destroy any downloaded materials
14.4.4 Outstanding payment obligations become immediately due
14.4.5 Provisions intended to survive (intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability) continue in effect
14.5 Data After Termination
14.5.1 After termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15.CHANGES TO TERMS AND PLATFORM
15.1 Changes to Terms
15.1.1 We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform.
15.1.2 Changes become effective 30 days after notification (or immediately for legal/regulatory reasons).
15.1.3 Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15.1.4 If you do not accept changes, you may cancel your subscription and/or close your account before the effective date.
15.2 Changes to Platform
15.2.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or any features at any time.
15.2.2 We may add, remove, or change Content without notice.
15.2.3 We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or Content.
15.3 Price Changes
15.3.1 We may change license or subscription prices at any time.
15.3.2 Price changes will not affect your current license or your current subscription period.
15.3.3 You will be notified of price changes at least 5 working days before your next renewal.
15.3.4 If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before renewal.
16.GENERAL PROVISIONS
16.1 Entire Agreement
16.1.1 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4DHB regarding the Platform.
16.1.2 They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
16.2 Severability
16.2.1 If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable:
- That provision is severed
- Remaining provisions continue in full effect
16.2.2 If any provision would be valid if part were deleted, that part is deemed deleted.
16.3 Waiver
16.3.1 Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
16.3.2 Waiver of one breach does not waive subsequent breaches.
16.3.3 Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
16.4 Assignment
16.4.1 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms.
16.4.2 We may assign our rights to another entity (e.g., in case of business sale) with notice to you.
16.4.3 Your license, subscription and account are personal to you and non-transferable.
16.5 No Partnership
16.5.1 Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
16.5.2 You are an independent user of the Platform.
16.6 Force Majeure
16.6.1 Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, internet failures, etc.).
16.6.2 If Platform unavailability due to force majeure exceeds 30 days, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
16.7 Third-Party Rights
16.7.1 These Terms are between you and 4DHB only.
16.7.2 No third party has rights to enforce these Terms.
