What is 4D Neuro-Depth-Coaching?
Delivered by 4D Psychotherapists and Coaches with their own clinical practice and UKCP membership, 4D Neuro-Depth Coaching is a skilful integration of 4D Leadership Coaching, Integrative Psychotherapeutic Techniques and the very latest in Behavioural Research and Neuro-Science. To help you understand and unblock limiting beliefs and behaviours – to enable you to break through to a whole new level of authentic, whole, courageous and expansive leadership.
What we do:
- Contract around goals
- Explore historic patterns and adaptive pattern reactions
- Work with Neuroscience and Implicit Memory Reconsolidation for permanent change
- Integrate Psychotherapeutic techniques including Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work, Self-Compassion, Attachment Patterns, and Trauma Healing
